What is FaffCon?
How does it work?
It’ll all be clear (and awesome) when you get there. In the meantime, we start with a circle…
and after a few last-minute tasks…
there’s a short orientation on “participant-driven agenda creation.”
This is the “Agenda Wall.” Those who want to write their name and the topic of the session they wish to convene on a card, then they stick it on the wall…
There’s another section of the wall to stick up topic suggestions and burning questions.
Our objective and guiding principle:
Get what you need; share what you can.
This is FaffCon’s hub. It stays up all weekend so you can choose sessions to attend and add any sessions you’d like to lead.

And FaffCon contributes a portion of each registration fee to a local communication-related charity in each of our host cities.
Who Should Come?
FaffCon is a peer-to-peer professional development event for working voice over talent. Since the success of peer-to-peer learning depends on all participants being peers, we’re unable to open registration to individuals who are not already working pros. There won’t be any content relevant to industry newcomers.
Is FaffCon right for you?
The qualifications are simple: FaffCon is for working voiceover industry pros.
Do you do paid voiceover work for people you’re not related to on a regular basis?
Are you a working audio engineer, casting director, commercial copywriter, talent agent, producer, or director who works on voiced projects? You’re a VO industry pro–we’d love to see you!
